Distance coach for dozens of individual athletes, of all levels, with all possible goals: running (from 400m to 250 km, incl. trail running), boxing, mountaineering, tennis, triathlon, cycling (incl. mountain biking), swimming.

Physical trainer of young and adult tennis players (K. Stade Leuven TC), since 2012.


It's about the 'spirit' of the training program, its underlying principles and order of magnitude. It's not about short-term problem-fixing, but rather structural solutions.
It's not about holding their hand; it's about teaching them to stand on their own feet. A coach opens the door; you enter by yourself.
The trainer makes the athlete, and the athlete makes the trainer (Mon Vanden Eynde).

Karel creates hyper-personalized, carefully crafted, effective training programs. To ensure high quality, he limits the number of clients. However, new requests are always welcome!
